Most of us make some sort of resolution for ourselves at the beginning of the year. A lot of us are guilty of making resolutions for people we care about. Someone we want to see quit smoking, eat healthier, be more active, spend more time with their family, or be more responsible with their finances.
Unfortunately, we can’t force other people to change, no matter how much we want them to. We can set a good example for them, have an honest conversation with them, and then support them, or at the very least, respect their decisions.
This year, when you see someone you care about and genuinely want them to be healthier, extend an olive branch. Tell them about our office. Maybe email them the link to our website or help them Become a New Patient . You can’t force them to change, but express concern for them and their health. Let them know how you got connected to our office and why you are excited to have chiropractic care in your life.
